“The House Studio” is conveniently located in the SW Portland area (Raleigh West shopping center) and can be rented on an hourly basis for dance and theater rehearsals, workshops, auditions, yoga, movement classes, small meetings, photo shoots and much else.
“The House Studio” is open daily from 7 am – 12am. The space must be booked online in advance through our self-booking system. Please give us a call if you have any questions about renting the space or need any special accommodations. “The House Studio” is an 1100 square-foot (29’x 36’) single, unobstructed room equipped with full length mirrors on one wall, AC, speakers, lighting, and projector. It has 50 folding chairs and four 6’ long fold-in half tables. We provide filtered drinking water. The studio is storefront with large windows, 13’ tall wooden ceilings and well maintained hardwood floors. There is ample parking around the building and easy access to public transportation (54, 55 and 56 buses). Please come and have a good time in “The House Studio”!
