If your are an independent artist or a small group of artists looking for rehearsal space
Monday through Saturday
One hour and half minimum rental time
6am – 4pm – $14/hour
4pm – 11pm – $20/hour
4pm – 11pm – $20/hour
Sunday
One hour and half minimum rental time
$16/ all hours
ONGOING CLASSES RATES
$25/hour
This rate is only applicable if a contract for a minimum of 3-months is signed.

WORKSHOP RATES
$30/hour
If you are an instructor and you charge money for your small workshop of 15 participants or less this is your rental price.
ONE TIME EVENTS
$45 – $70/hour
Master Classes for 15 and more participants, Video/Photo Shoots, Meetings, or other Arts Related Events. Rate determined based on event. Please email us foolhouseoregon@gmail.com to discuss this further.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund policy for practice and rehearsal and ongoing instructors classes - no refunds, all sales are final.
Refund policy for workshops and one time big events - we offer full refund if canceled up to 3 weeks prior to your event or workshop, 50% refund if canceled 1-3 weeks prior to your event or workshop and no refund if canceled one week before your event or workshop.
